Q. How do i Attend an event?

Q. How do i Book an event?

A. Fill out your information here and one of our team members will contact you to discuss your event! You can also call us or email us directly anytime.

Q. Aside from the event space, What other services do you offer?

A. Westside Museum is an event space, with in house CATERING for food and beverage needs and AUDIO VISUAL Equipment and Staff for the entertainment for your event. We also work directly with talented local vendors to help with all of your event needs - event planning, florists, photographers, photo booths, lighting, decor, etc! Our team members will help you plan your event with all of your preferences.

Q. Do you allow outside catering?

A. It is not standard practice to allow outside catering as we have an in-house catering kitchen, crew, and license. However, if you have an outside caterer in mind we would be happy to consider their services for your event. We do have certain requirements to allow for outside catering and there is standardly an outside catering fee. This fee allows us to release our service and is also determined by the extent of the outside caterers services. Please inquire within for further information.

Q. Can we bring in our own vendors?

A. it is not standard practice to allow vendors outside of our approved vendor list as we have in-house production and vendor partnerships that can provide a multitude of services. However, if you we any outside vendors in mind you can submit them to Westside Museum for vendor approval. Please inquire within for further information.

Q. Can we bring in our own Alcohol?

A. Westside Museum carries a full liquor license any must purchase and provide all alcohol service. No outside alcohol or donated alcohol is permitted.

Q. How late can we party?

A. Our events standardly end at midnight.

Q. How early can we set up?

A. Set up begins approximately 4 hours prior to the event start time.

Q. Can we have an event during the day or for multiple days?

A. Absolutely! Also, multiple day events also receive a multiple-day-credit towards your rental fee per day.
